PROVINCIAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT CENTER - (PEDIC)
In the interest to harmonize the investment incentives policies of the national government with the development initiatives and priorities of the Provincial and Local Governments of Negros Occidental, the Provincial Investment and Incentives Code of 2014 was created. Through it, the Provincial Investment Board was constituted to regulate and promote investments in the province.
To assist possible investors, Negros Occidental has created the Provincial Economic Development and Investment Center (PEDIC), a proactive center that promotes sustainable and inclusive economic development through strategic investment promotion and enterprise creation in the province.
PEDIC accepts, evaluates, and processes all applicants for registration of qualified investors, provides necessary services, information, data, and economic development profiles of the province to potential foreign and local investors.

Assists in the facilitation of documentary requirements for potential investors.
Formulates and implements appropriate investment plans and marketing strategies in line with prevailing market conditions.
