Dutch Embassy and Commerce Chamber Host Negros Officials at Trade Mission on Water Innovation and Sustainability

The Embassy of the Royal Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines, led by Dutch Ambassador, Her Excellency Madam Marielle Geraedts, hosted a dinner attended by Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson together with Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz in Bacolod City last week, related to the Dutch Trade Mission on Water.

Negros Occidental Signs ₱404M Solar Project Agreement with WeGen Energy, Set to Supply 40% of Provincial Power Needs

Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson yesterday signed a Power Purchase Agreement with WeGen Energy Philippines, Inc. represented by its Vice President for Sales and Operations Orlando Alparce for a 1,270kW Rooftop Solar Project across several entities of the province, which will have an estimated savings of P404,537,528 in 25 years.
